Cyrus Odhiambo Oguna (born in Siaya County, Kenya) is the spokesperson for the Kenyan government. He continued to serve after his predecessor, Erick Kiraithe, left office.
Cyrus is one of the current vocal leaders in Kenya battling the current Corona Virus (COVID-19) pandemic.
